Welcome!
Brandon Area Psychology Associates, LLC was founded to offer the community a warm, welcoming, and family-friendly environment where individuals can find meaningful support for a wide range of emotional and behavioral concerns. My wife, Dr. Laura Dincer, and I are proud to call Lithia, Florida our home, where we live with our three sons — Emre, Evren, and Devren — along with our two dogs, Sophie and Belle.
About My Background
I was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri, and earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida. I went on to complete a Master’s degree in Health Services Administration at the University of Central Florida and a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the Florida School of Professional Psychology in Tampa, where I specialized in Child and Adolescent Clinical Psychology.
My pre-doctoral internship was completed at the Institute for Child and Family Health in Miami, followed by a post-doctoral residency in private practice here in Brandon, Florida.

Throughout my training and professional career, I’ve gained extensive experience in therapy and psychological assessment with preschoolers, children, adolescents, adults, and families from diverse backgrounds. My work has spanned multiple settings, including schools, outpatient clinics, inpatient facilities, private practice, and crisis centers.
