Welcome
Welcome, and thank you for visiting my page! I’m excited to work alongside my husband, Dr. Bulent Dincer. We enjoy spending time with our three sons and two dogs. As a proud Lithia, Florida resident, I’m grateful for the opportunity to support local children, adults, and families.
About My Background
I earned my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the Florida School of Professional Psychology in Tampa and my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Canisius College in Buffalo, New York. My clinical experience spans schools, private practices, and community agencies, including work with children, adolescents, adults, and families.
My doctoral dissertation explored the connection between early childhood trauma and eating disorders, which continues to guide my trauma-informed approach.
How I Help
I provide individual therapy for children, teens, and adults, addressing a wide range of concerns, including:
Anxiety, depression, and stress
Family or relationship conflict
Parenting challenges and life transitions
Trauma, abuse, and eating disorders
Attention, behavioral, or social difficulties
I tailor each treatment plan to the unique needs of my clients, drawing from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Family Therapy, and Play Therapy.
