Melissa Matos has been part of the Brandon Area Psychology Associates team since 2014, serving as an Administrative Assistant. She holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Lindenwood University and brings more than 20 years of experience in Human Resources. Before joining the practice, she also owned a pet sitting business for five years.

Melissa enjoys helping both the providers and clients of Brandon Area Psychology Associates and takes pride in supporting a welcoming, caring environment.

A military daughter and spouse, she has lived in many places around the world before she and her husband settled back in Florida in 2013. Melissa is the proud mom of two adult children and an adoring grandmother to one granddaughter. She enjoys reading, spending time with her husband, and staying active in her community through women’s and charitable organizations.
